Williams, Director DATE: September 18, 2017 SUBJECT: JOB POSTING We are now accepting applications for the following position: TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST ASSET MANAGEMENT REGULAR/ FULLTIME Reports To: DIRECTOR, ASSET MANAGEMNET FLSA Status: NON-EXEMPT ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for compiling and reporting portfolio performance information for internal and external users to evaluate the performance of the properties. Perform work order quality control. Monitor work order performance and resolution. Act as the Housing Quality Standards Inspection intermediary between the Assisted Housing Department, Facilities Maintenance Department and Property Managers to achieve the objective of a passed first inspection. Coordinate reasonable accommodation request and over and under household re-assignments. Input property characteristic information. Coordinate with local utility providers to connect and disconnect utilities for residential units and facilities as requested. Perform record retention and retrieve activities and coordinate the transition and integration of File Vision in the work flow for assigned properties. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, social science area, or closely related field, plus three years of successful, responsible experience in evaluating and monitoring programs which include extensive use of computers or an equivalent combination of education and experience. PHM (Public Housing Management) and HQS (Housing Quality Standards) certification required. LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION: Valid Florida Driver’s License, Insurable under the agency’s insurance policy. SALARY RANGE: $35,261.49 - $45,839.93 - $56,418.39 We anticipate hiring between the minimum and midpoint of the range. Successful applicant will be required to pass a drug screening test for illegal drugs and background screening prior to assuming duties for this position.
