Hurt, Riviera Beach Housing Authority RFQ FOR FEE ACCOUNTANT AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES   The Riviera Beach Housing Authority (RBHA) is seeking proposals from requests responses from qualified applicants to provide computerized fee accounting and financial management services for its Public Housing Authority operational accounting.  the RBHA operates four (4) Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP1) rental units. The Public Housing units were demolished but we still receive funds, under the Capital Fund Grant – Replacement Housing Funds (RHF). RFP - Independent Annual Audit 0 G. Heard, Daytona Beach Housing Authority The Housing Authority of the City of Daytona Beach (DBHA) is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified certified public accounting firms or individuals to conduct the June 30, 2017, June 30, 2018 and June 30, 2019 annual audits for the DBHA. Stinson SOW- The Housing Authority of the City of Orlando, Florida (OHA) is seeking qualified individuals or companies for training in the following areas: Section 504, ADA, the Fair Housing Act, the Architectural Barriers Act and their respective implementing regulations and the accessibility standards applicable to each regulation. Training will also include Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing, Customer Service, & Sexual Harassment. The scope of services will include, but may not limited to the following: Job Description: Section 504, ADA, the Fair Housing Act, the Architectural Barriers Act, Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing, Customer Service & Sexual Harassment Training: The qualified individual or firm will: Train the OHA Staff on Section 504, ADA, the Fair Housing Act, the Architectural Barriers Act, and their respective implementing regulations and the accessibility standards applicable to each regulation.  Training will also include Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing, Customer Service, & Sexual Harassment.. The OHA has had these types of training in the past and would like a refresher type course for all mentioned. The Orlando Housing is looking to have this training preferably between November 1, 2017 and November 17, 2017 or a mutually agreed upon date. The OHA prefers traning held in a two day sessions, if possible. The location for training is the OHA Facility at 301 N. Hillside Ave, Orlando Fl 32803.  There are approximately 150 employees to be trained.
