Event refund requests will be accepted up until Monday, September 2, 2024, less a 25.00 processing fee.  No refunds will be given after this date.  
 
OTHER INFORMATION Water will be available.  Lunch will be provided each day.  If you have special dietary needs, please contact Kim Barclay at 850-205-5632 or [email protected].  You are encouraged to bring anything you may need like reusable water bottles, extra snacks and sweater.
HOTEL/LODGING Individuals are responsible for their lodging.  There are multiple accommodations within 3 miles of the training location.
DL Morgan will facilitate a 3 day training on PH and HCV Eligibility. Income and Rent including recent revisions in over-income tenants, over-asset tenants, and HOTMA provisions, streamlining verification, grievance procedure revisions, Income Inclusions and Exclusions, Calculations, Asset Inclusions and Exclusions, phase-in of deductions, adjusted income, etc. The learning session with an exam will be  designed to be an introductory program for new staff, and an update for seasoned staff on the PH and HCV Program and changes under HOTMA.
