Subject :REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT (CM) AT RISK SERVICES
The Hialeah Housing Authority is requesting Qualifications from qualified licensed firms for securing Construction Management at Risk Services for the construction of all phases at our Hoffman Gardens Redevelopment.
CMR construction services may include but are not limited to comply with general conditions, and requirements. Conduct pre-construction conference; periodic update the master schedule; review and prepare monthly progress payment requests; act as the project’s prime liaison; solicits trade bids; coordinate subcontractors’ requests for information; coordinate submittals; all types of testing and inspections; provide construction trailers, storage, equipment, barriers, and etc.; coordinate substantial completion and turn over; closeout project.
