2024 REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
FOR
CO-DEVELOPMENT PARTNER
The Housing Authority of the City of New Smyrna Beach (HACNSB) is requesting qualification statements from experienced developers (Co-Development Partners). The RFQ will be released on Thursday, January 11th, 2024.
Full scope of services and requirements are outlined in the solicitation package and will be available by contacting TAG Associates Inc., Procurement Manager.

All responses to the RFQ must be delivered to the HACNSB, as directed in the solicitation document, by 3:00 p.m. EST, Tuesday, February 13th, 2024. Responses received after this time will not be accepted.
