The SHA team is seeking a Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Landlord/Inspector Liaison who serves as the primary point of contact for all landlords and performs scheduling of inspections. SHA seeks candidates who are service, and process orientated, have excellent recruitment, and program marketing skills, and possess a commitment to the SHA vision. Reporting directly to the HCV Director, the HCV Landlord/Inspector Liaison recruits new landlords into the program by speaking at landlord meetings, and through word-of-mouth recruitment, marketing efforts, and reaching out to new apartment complexes or communities and provides the necessary information to increase landlord participation in the HCV program.

This is an excellent opportunity requiring a high-level of professionalism and enthusiasm with a passion for the mission and vision of the SHA. Collaboration, excellent communication, and organizational skills will be key to success. Previous experience in the public sector or with a Public Housing Agency is preferred.

*A four-day (40 hour) condensed work week, Monday-Thursday
schedule.

*Employer Match Deferred Compensation Plan of 100% of deferrals up
to 5.4% of pay, if deferrals are 5.5% of pay or more, match will
be 7.5% of pay; Automatic enrollment at 5.5% and automatic
escalate .5% at year 1 and 1% each year after that up to 10%.
*No state income tax on employee’s wages.
*A commitment to team member professional development with
reimbursement/payment for up to a maximum of $5,000.00 per request
for a team member requesting training or continuing education
subject to CEO approval.

The salary range is $30,000 - $47,500. Placement within this range upon hire will be based on qualifications.
