REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
Solicitation RFQ # 2024-001
PREPAID DEBIT CARD SERVICES
The Winter Haven Housing Authority (“WHHA”) is soliciting Qualification Statements from qualified and experienced providers of Prepaid Debit Card Services, in accordance with the requirements and terms and conditions specified.
The WHHA will rate Qualification Statements according to criteria detailed in the RFQ 2024-001
Solicitation Packet.
Obtaining the RFQ: You may obtain a copy of the RFQ Packet by emailing Sylvia Riley at [email protected] or by calling 863-294-7369, ext. 0.
Submission Deadline: Proposals (one original and five copies), must be received via U.S. Mail
not later than 4:00 PM (EST) on Friday, January 17, 2025 addressed to the WHHA Representative listed below. Faxed or e-mailed submittals will not be accepted.
