Description

As a housing professional, it is essential to be aware of the issues that significantly impact our daily lives. Many issues revolve around emotional
intelligence, mental health, and conflict management/resolution. Ignoring the consequences of these problems can have serious repercussions. As a
housing professional, you deal with tenants and often coworkers, and doing nothing is not an option. If you’ve ever wondered what you can do
about these issues, an interactive workshop and case study discussion can help. This event will allow you to increase your awareness of these issues
by engaging in group discussions and learning from actual experiences.  Our training encourages employees to work together to solve internal and
external issues and gain a better understanding of tenants, coworkers, and others to provide improved service delivery.
